Christian Dior Inc. seeks Assistant, Grand Vendeur in New York—support VIP sales operations with client management and CRM expertise at this prestigious luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and manage all client communications on behalf of the Grand Vendeur
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations for assigned clients
- Provide comprehensive aftermarket and follow-up services to Grand Vendeur clientele
- Facilitate communication between clients, boutique management, and the broader Dior boutique network
- Triage and prioritize all incoming requests and inquiries directed to the Grand Vendeur
- Maintain detailed client profiles and transaction histories within the Dior Star CRM platform
- Manage sales activities via WeChat and other digital platforms on behalf of the Grand Vendeur
- Coordinate delivery logistics and priority shipments for client orders
- Prepare personalized client outreach including birthday and anniversary communications
- Execute administrative tasks and boutique housekeeping functions as assigned
- Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on urgency and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience in a luxury goods environment
- Proven expertise in luxury brand and product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in English; familiarity with Chinese (Mandarin) preferred for WeChat sales management

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience in a luxury market, with demonstrated competency in brand knowledge, client relations, and fast-paced operational environments. Prior experience in high-end sales support or client services is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
