Christian Dior is hiring an Assistant Grand Vendeur in Miami, Florida. Support luxury sales operations and client management full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Grand Vendeur with appointment scheduling and client communications
- Process transactions and manage sales through the Dior Star CRM platform
- Deliver post-sale service and client relationship management on behalf of the Grand Vendeur
- Facilitate communication between clients, management, and the broader boutique network
- Manage all incoming requests and prioritize deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clients
- Maintain accurate client profiles and records within the Dior Star CRM system
- Execute administrative and housekeeping tasks as needed to support boutique operations
- Coordinate client engagement initiatives including birthday and anniversary communications
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and urgency in addressing client service requests
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector
- Strong brand and product knowledge
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to client confidentiality
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail experience in a luxury market environment. Experience supporting senior sales professionals or working in a client-facing capacity is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education or professional certification in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
