Christian Dior Couture seeks an F&B Project Manager Assistant Intern in Paris, supporting luxury hospitality projects and café/restaurant launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of training programmes within luxury hospitality settings and define audit standards and procedures
- Participate in the development, enhancement, and implementation of training programmes for café and restaurant teams aligned with Dior F&B standards
- Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement action plans and monitor service performance
- Develop and refine Food & Beverage operational procedure standards (POS)
- Perform regular competitive benchmarking of luxury F&B trends and conduct market analysis
- Analyse weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for café and restaurant operations, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management
- Review and synthesise consumer feedback to identify enhancements to the guest experience
- Coordinate procurement and logistical requirements for new location openings
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related business discipline, or culinary/F&B school
- Minimum one prior experience in a strategic support role within hospitality or F&B operations
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury and ultra-premium hospitality sector
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to structure and present information with clarity and professional precision
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury service operations is required; candidates with internship or junior support roles in hotel management, restaurants, or similar environments are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management with a hospitality focus, or equivalent qualification from a recognised culinary or F&B school.
