Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of training programs in luxury hospitality settings, ensuring alignment with Dior F&B standards
- Participate in defining, developing, and updating training programs for café and restaurant teams based on established Dior F&B protocols
- Establish standards and processes for audits and site visits, contributing to quality assurance frameworks
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement action plans for service quality and operational excellence
- Develop and refine Food & Beverage standard operating procedures (SOP) across new venues
- Perform regular benchmarking analyses of luxury F&B trends and conduct competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning
- Analyze weekly key performance indicators (KPI) for café and restaurant operations, identifying potential issues and escalating to management
- Review consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing guest experience
- Coordinate all necessary procurement and logistical requirements for venue opening projects
Qualifications
- Master's-level student in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related discipline at a recognized business or hospitality school
- Minimum one strategic experience (support services) role in luxury hospitality or F&B operations
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury and high-end hospitality sector
- Strong ability to write, structure, and communicate information clearly and coherently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

Beginner-level professional experience; however, at least one strategic support services role in luxury hospitality or F&B is required. Familiarity with the luxury and high-end hospitality sector is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in or soon to complete a Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field from a recognized business school or hospitality institution.
