Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of luxury hospitality training programs.
• Participate in the development and updating of training programs for café and restaurant teams based on Dior's F&B standards.
• Assist in defining standards and processes for audits and site visits.
• Support the implementation of action plans for continuous quality/service improvement.
• Contribute to the development of F&B standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform regular benchmarking of luxury F&B trends and conduct competitive analysis.
• Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analyses for cafés/restaurants and promptly report potential issues to management.
• Analyze consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
• Coordinate necessary orders for opening projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school in Hospitality Management or a related field, or at a Hospitality/F&B school.
• At least one strategic experience (support services) in hospitality/F&B.
• Understanding of the luxury/premium sector.
• Ability to write and structure clear and readable content.
• Excellent communication skills.
