Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the construction of E-commerce sales forecasts by product category and collection for various regions.
  • Participate in defining commercial objectives by region and establish E-commerce performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and return rate.
  • Coordinate and consolidate seasonal sales forecasts in preparation for collection buying sessions, focusing on commercial ambition and open-to-buy budgets.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and potential risks through regular audits and competitive benchmarks.
  • Support the E-Business team in commercial activity management by monitoring performance indicators against regional commercial objectives.
  • Update commercial performance tracking reports and propose optimizations for new dashboards for E-Business teams.
  • Promote dashboard usage among central teams and different markets.
  • Develop new reporting tools in collaboration with various internal teams and contribute to monthly business reviews.
  • Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies to support regions with specific challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business or engineering school (Bac+4/5).

Skills

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong affinity for numbers. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization and web analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics is a plus. Fluent in English. Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in an international environment. Ideally, a good understanding of the luxury industry, digital activities, and E-commerce.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business or engineering school.
