Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supply Chain Intern in Paris for a 6-month Assistant Distribution Planner role, beginning January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly analyses on product availability rates, seasonal monitoring, and buffer stock management within the Europe/Middle East distribution zone
  • Support the preparation and updating of executive steering committee presentations and internal newsletters with supply chain metrics
  • Manage pre-launch sales activities and support configuration of seasonal collection launches
  • Coordinate stock availability planning for boutique openings and special events across the geographic region
  • Process Full Deposit customer orders and manually track high-value products (exotic crocodile, high-end items)
  • Adjust distribution parameters in response to destocking requests and operational needs
  • Monitor shipment visibility, Full Deposits, and daily operational requests from store networks
  • Identify and implement distribution network adjustments to address inventory shortages or imbalances
  • Track inter-regional and intra-zone product transfers
  • Provide analytical support to the distribution planning team on demand-driven and capacity-driven scenarios

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering or business school with specialization in Supply Chain management
  • Current status as final-year master's student or on a gap year placement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Demonstrated interest in the luxury goods industry
  • Strong analytical capability and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving
