Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month internship as Assistant Designer, Home Art supporting studio design across tableware, linens, and wallpaper collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for product development, including dimensions, Pantone color selection, and high-definition artwork preparation
- Manage print placement on supplier templates and execute vectorization of designs with precision
- Develop visual assets including product simulations, digital illustrations, and design compositions in Adobe Creative Suite
- Execute colorization and pattern composition within Photoshop for collection development
- Conduct iconographic research and create visual mood boards to inform seasonal collections
- Ensure proper alignment and registration across all technical deliverables
- Coordinate with marketing and artistic direction teams to support timely product launches
Qualifications
- Degree or advanced diploma in graphic design, fine art, or product design (Bac+3 minimum)
- Professional bilingual fluency in French and English
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Demonstrated sensitivity to home design, tableware aesthetics, and interior decoration
- Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills preferred
- Understanding of luxury product development cycles
