Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and analysis of customer data to support decision-making processes.
- Engage with regional contacts and divisions such as Product and Client Marketing to support customer tracking.
- Develop a product affinity score or refine current customer segmentation based on profile.
- Participate in daily production and analysis of customer data, including purchase behavior and customer journey analysis.
- Conduct product and collection performance analyses, focusing on sales, trends, and recruitment.
- Manage operational aspects of marketing campaigns, including targeting recommendations and creation.
- Implement dashboards to monitor campaign performance, such as newsletters and mailings.
- Analyze the impact of global client actions, including customer events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in statistics.
