Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Assistant CSR Project Manager internship supporting global DEI and Women@Dior programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination and execution of Women@Dior mentee recruitment in collaboration with UNESCO, regional Dior offices, and partner educational institutions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for programme mentees and mentors
  • Contribute to research and development of new Women@Dior programme activities, partnerships, and content initiatives
  • Provide operational support for Women@Dior community events and activations
  • Deliver operational support for implementation of global DEI strategy and action plans across all markets
  • Coordinate and operationalize global communities of practice focused on gender equity and inclusion priorities
  • Support tracking, monitoring, and data collection of DEI initiatives deployed across the House globally
  • Conduct research on DEI best practices and emerging trends in inclusion
  • Contribute to creation of thematic inclusion training content through research and support materials preparation
  • Provide editorial and administrative support for multiplatform communication materials development
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and partnership development to strengthen collaborations and create shared value
  • Coordinate internal and external community initiatives and heritage awareness campaigns

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related field
  • Strong demonstrated interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and strong collaborative spirit

Experience
