Parfums Christian Dior Amsterdam seeks an Assistant Counter Manager with 3+ years retail experience to support performance, team development, and luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Counter Manager in monitoring and driving business performance using KPIs and sales indicators
- Contribute to team management by supporting coaching, setting individual objectives, and fostering team engagement and morale
- Deliver exceptional client experience by executing the D.I.O.R. service method and achieving personal sales targets
- Co-lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to recruit new clients and strengthen customer loyalty
- Support launch plans, commercial animations, and in-store events to maximize counter performance
- Oversee counter operations during the Counter Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with sales, cash, stock, and operational procedures
- Assist in stock management, visual merchandising execution, scheduling, and administrative follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Proven track record in achieving retail performance targets in sales and profitability
- Experience with prestige brand events is preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and spoken English
- Strong sales and clienteling skills with excellent knowledge of cosmetics and the beauty universe
- Digital literacy and CRM tools proficiency
- Stock management and operational compliance knowledge
- Analytical and reporting capabilities

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment. At least 1 year of proven supervisory or management experience with demonstrated success in achieving retail performance targets and sales growth.
