Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supply Chain Operations intern in Orléans, France. Six-month role beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and pilot e-commerce operations from order validation through client delivery, escalating alerts and managing anomalies affecting customer satisfaction in close collaboration with headquarters and warehouse teams
- Ensure daily liaison with call center to provide responsive client solutions and support
- Monitor key performance indicators, order processing lead times, and preparation quality standards
- Develop and implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational bottlenecks and feedback
- Reconcile data between Dior systems (OMS, POS) and the e-commerce warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy
- Execute necessary stock adjustments in response to discrepancies and maintain inventory regularity and quality standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of an engineering school programme (Bac +5 or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Foundational knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), point-of-sale systems (POS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated client orientation and commitment to service excellence
- Fluent English proficiency

Beginner to entry-level; internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed an engineering degree programme at Bac +5 level.
