Christian Dior Couture, Paris. Six-month internship supporting Employee Services operations and procurement management from July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the E-Procurement platform (Dior Order/Coupa), particularly for service contracts and procurement orders
- Monitor daily internal client requests and service deliverables to ensure operational support
- Identify and escalate action items including quality incidents, pricing discrepancies, catalogue updates, order status tracking, and billing issues
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards on SharePoint for order management
- Contribute to departmental KPI monitoring and reporting
- Provide backup coverage for the employee services team as needed
Qualifications
- Student seeking an end-of-studies internship or gap-year placement
- Knowledge of assistant-level service fundamentals including priority management and organization
- Interest in ERP systems with ability to learn rapidly
- Capacity to synthesize multiple data streams
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for final-year students or those taking a professional gap year with foundational knowledge of administrative support operations.
Education
Currently enrolled student in a relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, supply chain management, or operations); final-year or gap-year internship preferred.
