Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal communication channels between regional and country-level commercial teams; manage team meetings and commercial updates with scheduling and document preparation
  • Monitor Dior and competitive distribution networks across European markets in coordination with country contacts; maintain and analyse the European distribution database
  • Produce monthly distribution reports, analyses, and key performance indicators to support regional and country-level decision-making and budget planning
  • Support country teams with distribution management tools; coordinate efforts to combat parallel market activity and track enforcement actions
  • Extract and consolidate weekly sell-out data from retail platforms; maintain and update performance tracking files and Power BI dashboards for brand visibility across retailer networks
  • Develop and prepare audit reporting tools within Simplified retail management system; produce presentations and analyses for key account negotiations and regional leadership reviews
  • Conduct analytical studies and support development of action plans to drive commercial performance across assigned European territories

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized business school (Bac+4/5 or university equivalent)
