Christian Dior Couture internship: Assistant Client Treatment & Hospitality Project Manager in Paris. Support luxury events, client experiences, and hospitality operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in organizing ceremonial client events during fashion shows in France and internationally, including program research, content creation, and logistical coordination with external suppliers
  • Coordinate operational aspects of client events: brief preparation and vendor management (hotels, concierge services, printing, logistics, florists), experience organization (cocktails, dinners), customized rooming and scheduling, billing follow-up
  • Research and manage venue selection for client lunches and dinners across multiple markets, with operational oversight via shared exchange platforms
  • Coordinate communications and briefs with external suppliers and maintain budget control across all client treatment activities
  • Anticipate and fulfill local client treatment requests across all markets (tools, gifts, stationery), manage logistics for shipments, and track international distributions
  • Compile market feedback on image events and client experiences, analyze event performance and results, and conduct competitive benchmarking studies
  • Perform cost analysis and budget tracking for events retrospectively to ensure financial control and optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 4–5 years of study (Grandes Écoles de Commerce or equivalent university program)
  • Minimum 6 months' prior marketing experience required; luxury sector experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Autonomous, proactive approach with strong problem-solving orientation
