Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Business Planner intern in Paris for March 2027, 6-month hybrid role in Watches & Jewelry division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor monthly sales performance against plan across all product categories, delivering qualitative and quantitative variance analyses
  • Update and optimize digital tools for data visualization and deploy emerging platforms to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Develop and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to drive business performance
  • Establish and refine sales objectives by zone and product category for years N, N+1, and N+2 in collaboration with direct supervisor
  • Refine monthly forecasts for permanent product collections based on category performance and strategic ambitions
  • Plan, analyze, and consolidate quarterly zone forecasts for three-year projection cycles
  • Lead and animate variance analyses during quarterly business reviews
  • Provide analytical support to supervisor during purchasing sessions and buying committee meetings

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or business school/university graduate
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly M3 or SAP
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
  • Experience with cross-functional data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of luxury goods business operations and KPI frameworks

Experience
