Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Business Planner intern in Paris for March 2027, 6-month hybrid role in Watches & Jewelry division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor monthly sales performance against plan across all product categories, delivering qualitative and quantitative variance analyses
- Update and optimize digital tools for data visualization and deploy emerging platforms to enhance reporting capabilities
- Develop and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to drive business performance
- Establish and refine sales objectives by zone and product category for years N, N+1, and N+2 in collaboration with direct supervisor
- Refine monthly forecasts for permanent product collections based on category performance and strategic ambitions
- Plan, analyze, and consolidate quarterly zone forecasts for three-year projection cycles
- Lead and animate variance analyses during quarterly business reviews
- Provide analytical support to supervisor during purchasing sessions and buying committee meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or business school/university graduate
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly M3 or SAP
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with cross-functional data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of luxury goods business operations and KPI frameworks

Experience
Beginner level; strong aptitude for data systems and cross-functional data manipulation required. Prior internship or entry-level experience in business planning, financial analysis, or data analytics is preferred but not required.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or university program with quantitative focus.
