Parfums Christian Dior seeks Assistant Business Manager in London. Lead beauty counter team, drive sales, and mentor consultants in this permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for all team members in alignment with company expectations and monitor performance
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide luxury-standard service to all customers
- Lead and coach team members to ensure achievement or exceeding of sales targets
- Execute link-selling strategies across product categories to increase average transaction value and units
- Educate and train team members on product use, history, and benefits of the Parfums Christian Dior range
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance and confidently overcome customer objections
- Conduct flash makeovers and product demonstrations to showcase benefits and personalize recommendations
- Initiate customer contact through counter engagement and proactive traffic-stopping techniques
- Manage team members through coaching and development, identifying training opportunities
- Proactively manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure adequate inventory
- Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings
- Execute all operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure alignment with corporate visual guidelines
- Build strong relationships with department store management and adhere to store policies
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in employee handbook
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the luxury beauty domain
- Proven expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance
- Strong team leadership and coaching abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales target-setting and achievement
- Advanced product knowledge and customer consultation skills
- Proficiency in objection handling and personalized product recommendation
- Stock management experience in partnership with management
- Ability to perform makeup application and product demonstrations
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
