Role & Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations and monitor achievement
  • Actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver luxury-standard customer service across all interactions
  • Lead and coach team members to ensure awareness and achievement or exceeding of sales targets
  • Perform proactive cross-category link selling to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU)
  • Educate and train team members on the use, heritage, and benefits of Parfums Christian Dior products
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across make-up, skincare, and fragrance and propose personalized solutions to clients
  • Demonstrate products through flash make-overs, confidently explaining benefits and overcoming objections
  • Initiate customer contact and welcome clients both at counter and through traffic management
  • Proactively identify coaching and development opportunities for team members and provide guidance and training support
  • Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure adequate supply
  • Grow business through strategic events, client appointments, and return booking initiatives
  • Complete all operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard
  • Participate in merchandise management ensuring visual presentation aligns with corporate guidelines
  • Build positive relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the luxury beauty sector
  • Deep expertise in make-up, skincare, and fragrance products
