Assistant Business Manager at Parfums Christian Dior in Leeds — lead Beauty Consultants to drive sales across make‑up, skincare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales across make‑up, skincare and fragrance; set clear individual and team targets aligned with company expectations.
- Lead, coach and develop Beauty Consultants to achieve or exceed sales KPIs and deliver personalised luxury service.
- Proactively sell and link‑sell across product categories to grow average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive customer engagement, consultations, flash make‑overs and tailored product recommendations.
- Plan and grow business through events, appointments and return bookings; cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager and ensure operational and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure visual merchandising and counter standards comply with corporate guidelines and build productive relationships with store management and HR.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the management team to support commercial and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury beauty retail or at premium department store beauty counters.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and setting targets for team members.
- Demonstrable experience leading and coaching retail teams.
- Deep product knowledge of make‑up, skincare and fragrance and ability to train others.
- Immaculate personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills aligned with luxury brand standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury beauty retail, ideally gained on a premium department store counter, demonstrating progressive responsibility for sales and people development.
Education
Diploma or vocational qualification in Beauty, Cosmetology, Retail Management or equivalent; secondary education (GCSEs/A‑levels or equivalent). A university degree is not required but may be advantageous.
