Christian Dior Couture seeks an intern for its High Jewellery & Timepieces team in Paris. Business development, merchandising, and logistics support role, Jan–Jun 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses by product line, region, boutique, and collection, tracking KPIs linked to high-end events and competitive benchmarking
  • Provide daily operational support to regional zones and boutiques, including piece availability requests, product information, sales tools, and coordination between central teams and markets
  • Assist with new collection launches by preparing product briefs, assortment summaries, and market feedback compilation
  • Support permanent, temporary, and seasonal boutique openings through assortment curation, stock reception tracking, and logistics coordination
  • Prepare pieces for shipment to European boutiques for client presentations, manage transport booking, packing, and carrier coordination
  • Monitor and support logistics flows and communicate with transport partners
  • Create and distribute sales enablement tools including product books, assortment listings, and vendor applications
  • Provide operational support during client events and participate in internal seminar organization
  • Support monthly Ambassadors' calls with business results and priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a School of Commerce (BAC +5 level) or equivalent
  • First internship experience, ideally at end-of-studies or gap-year stage
  • Prior experience as a business analyst or in merchandising is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of analytics tools
  • Fluent French and English
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry; jewellery and timepieces sector experience is a plus
