Christian Dior Couture seeks Assistant Business Development for High Jewellery & High Horology in Dubai. Support Middle East retail expansion and luxury client events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis by product line, boutique, and collection, tracking KPIs specific to high-end events and client engagement
- Provide day-to-day operational support to boutique zones including inventory requests, product information dissemination, and coordination between central merchandising and regional markets
- Support the management of new product launches through assortment planning, consolidation of market requests, and creation of sales tools and supporting documentation
- Deliver pre-event operational coordination and logistics for client presentations and high-end events to maximize sales opportunities
- Monitor delivery schedules and invoicing coordination with Paris headquarters while facilitating inter-boutique transfers to secure firm sales and optimize inventory allocation
- Create and maintain sales tools including product books, assortment summaries, and applications for boutique staff
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent from a Business School
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, merchandising, or related luxury retail function
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated knowledge of the luxury industry and jewellery and watchmaking sectors
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, merchandising, or comparable functions within luxury retail or fashion environments. Prior exposure to high jewellery or watchmaking categories is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited Business School.
