Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Business Analyst for a 6-month internship in Paris supporting retail merchandising and performance analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and monthly sales reports and synthesis documentation, including product, regional, and collection-level tracking
- Analyze and monitor new product launches and produce ad hoc analyses for special projects
- Maintain and update performance dashboards and sales tracking systems
- Consolidate and analyze sales data with supporting ad hoc studies
- Support pricing management, product codification, and system data updates
- Develop and maintain regional product assortment recommendations
- Monitor and execute product allocation processes and sales support tools
- Place orders with Parfums Christian Dior and coordinate inventory allocation
- Collaborate on creation of sales enablement tools including product catalogs, internal forms, and ordering systems
- Support preparation of 360-degree action plans for retail products and fragrance-related initiatives
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate+4 or +5 level student
- Prior experience or demonstrated knowledge in business analysis or merchandising
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Sensitivity to product aesthetics and understanding of luxury market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint

Beginner-level; prior internship or academic projects in business analysis, merchandising, or retail operations preferred but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Baccalaureate+4/5 qualification (Master's degree level or equivalent higher education)
