Role & Responsibilities
- Update the Weekly Report by tracking sales across collection categories, geographical areas, and stores, identifying best-sellers and analyzing trends.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and simple automation to streamline performance management and data reliability.
- Participate in defining relevant KPIs for operational tracking.
- Assist in preparing presentations for management and internal teams, structuring data and analyses in a clear and visual manner to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of communicated information.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis or extraction requests from central or geographical zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Supply Chain, Finance) for information collection, consolidation, and validation.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects, including database reliability, reporting process optimization, and documentation of best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Business or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, with knowledge of VBA/Macros being advantageous.
- Strong command of PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and rigor.
- Interest in retail, data analysis, and commercial strategy.
- Proficiency in English is required.
