Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Assistant Business Analyst & Retail Activation internship supporting merchandising and sales performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports tracking revenue by product, region, and collection
- Monitor and analyze new product launches and their market performance
- Produce ad hoc analyses for special projects and performance tracking
- Consolidate and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions
- Support pricing management, product codification, and system updates
- Develop and update product assortments by region in coordination with Supply Chain
- Process and allocate merchandise and sales tools according to established protocols
- Place orders to Christian Dior Fragrance and manage inventory coordination
- Collaborate on the creation of sales tools including product catalogs, internal forms, and ordering systems
- Assist in preparing and executing comprehensive action plans for fragrance products and retail initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 program in business, merchandising, analytics, or related field
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in business analysis or merchandising
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and rigor
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with flexibility
- Knowledge of the luxury goods market and product sensibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with adaptability
