- Ensure luxury store ambience and adherence to Dior's brand image and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of team members.
- Organize and monitor team integration and training.
- Ensure effective store management and alignment with brand operation standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory organization and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with cash desk procedures and legal regulations.
- Consolidate and analyze boutique reports, providing feedback to the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Distinctive service and customer orientation.
- Good business and fashion sense.
