Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure the store's presentation aligns with Dior's luxury standards and act as a brand ambassador.
- Participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
- Coach and train team members to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Support recruitment, retention, and development of the boutique team.
- Organize and monitor the integration and training of new team members.
- Ensure effective store management and adherence to operational standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory organization and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with the Boutique Manager and HQ functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Distinctive service orientation and customer focus.
- Good business acumen and fashion sense.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
