Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure the boutique's presentation aligns with Dior's luxury standards, maintaining an impeccable brand image.
- Participate in high-value sales and interactions with VIP customers, supporting the Boutique Manager.
- Direct customers to appropriate sales representatives and ensure comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure solutions align with company standards.
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of team members, including organizing training and integration of new staff.
- Guarantee team presentation and behavior adhere to Dior's standards, including uniform and grooming.
- Implement and monitor work schedules to optimize resource allocation and store traffic.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions to enhance team development.
- Ensure effective store management, including inventory control and compliance with operational standards.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with the Boutique Manager and headquarters functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.
