Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales performance and conversion metrics while coaching sales associates toward achievement of sales and clienteling objectives
- Train, develop, and supervise sales associates in selling techniques, product knowledge, and luxury customer service standards
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and maintain fair, consistent labor and conduct standards
- Manage boutique opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and store lockdown
- Oversee merchandise displays, pricing accuracy, and inventory management including coordinated department inventories and returns-to-vendor processing
- Develop and nurture clientele relationships and coordinate capture rate optimization strategies
- Participate in seasonal sales promotions, trunk shows, and in-store marketing activities
- Monitor compliance with company policies, security procedures, and loss prevention initiatives
- Facilitate communication between management and associates through regular store meetings and performance discussions
- Address operational challenges affecting service, efficiency, and departmental productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail experience, preferably including at least 1 year in a management capacity within a luxury product setting
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with demonstrated fashion sensitivity aligned with brand positioning
- Ability to develop and motivate retail associates and build effective working relationships
- Proficiency with POS systems, point-of-sale technology, and standard office equipment
