Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize daily sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates in real time
- Provide and inspire outstanding customer service across the boutique
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates
- Develop personal customer databases and optimize capture rates
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct and facilitate regular store meetings covering performance, training, and strategy
- Oversee merchandise displays and apply merchandising concepts independently
- Participate in coordination of sales promotions, trunk shows, and seasonal events
- Gather and manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns to vendor
- Oversee department inventories and monitor proper pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and maintain facility security
- Solve operational problems affecting service efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a luxury goods environment
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and brand sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to develop and train retail associates
- Proficiency with POS systems, PC, and standard office equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional retail experience in a luxury product setting, with preference for at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a boutique or high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or post-secondary education in business management preferred.
