Christian Dior seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Miami to lead sales operations and customer service in alignment with luxury retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily
- Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates
- Lead clientele development initiatives and personal customer database growth
- Participate in merchandise display preparation and presentations, exercising independent judgment in applying merchandising concepts
- Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills
- Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Facilitate proper communication between management and associates
- Participate in coordination of sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows
- Train the team on optimizing capture rates and after-sale procedures
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV)
- Coordinate and participate in department inventories
- Monitor proper pricing of merchandise and minimize stock losses
- Oversee compliance with established company policies, security procedures, and personnel practices
- Help solve problems affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity
- Open and close the boutique and ensure security compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management or sales management experience
- Proven ability to manage and develop retail sales teams
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
- Experience with clienteling and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Demonstrated merchandise management and visual merchandising expertise
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion retail or boutique environments. Prior experience managing sales associates, driving commercial performance, and developing customer relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or college degree in business/retail management preferred.
