Christian Dior seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Miami, Florida to lead sales operations and team management in a luxury boutique environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and measure daily sales performance and conversion rates across the team
  • Provide and inspire outstanding customer service in alignment with Christian Dior brand standards
  • Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates
  • Lead clientele development and personal customer database building initiatives
  • Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment in applying merchandising concepts
  • Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge
  • Conduct and facilitate regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, merchandising, and convey essential information to management and associates
  • Facilitate communication between management and sales associates to ensure cohesive team operations
  • Coordinate and participate in sales promotion activities including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests
  • Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and post-sale customer follow-up procedures
  • Gather, coordinate, and manage merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV)
  • Coordinate and participate in department inventories and stock audits
  • Monitor proper pricing of merchandise and minimize stock losses
  • Oversee compliance of all associates with company policies and standards including safekeeping of company funds, personnel practices, merchandise handling, and security procedures
  • Open and close the boutique and oversee all security procedures
  • Problem-solve issues affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management or boutique operations experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and clientele management
  • Experience with merchandising and visual presentation in a luxury environment
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock control procedures
  • Knowledge of retail compliance, security, and loss prevention
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
