Christian Dior seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager for its Miami Aventura location to lead sales operations, mentor staff, and drive commercial excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Increase daily sales and conversion rates while measuring commercial performance against KPIs
- Inspire and deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistent with Christian Dior brand standards
- Assist in assigning, monitoring, and coaching sales associates toward individual and team sales goals
- Drive clientele development and maintain personal customer databases through capture rate optimization
- Train, coach, and develop the sales team in selling techniques, product knowledge, and brand protocols
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, training, merchandising strategies, and operational updates
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates to ensure operational alignment
- Participate in merchandise displays and promotional presentations using independent judgment to apply merchandising guidelines
- Oversee associate compliance with company policies regarding fund safekeeping, security procedures, merchandise handling, and record-keeping
- Coordinate sales promotion activities including seasonal sales, trunk shows, contests, and in-store signage
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV) while monitoring proper pricing
- Coordinate and participate in department inventories and minimize stock losses
- Lock and secure the boutique while overseeing full compliance with all security procedures
- Open and close the boutique according to operational protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management or luxury retail experience
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management within a retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service excellence
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and clientele development
- Proficiency in retail systems and POS technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, driving commercial performance, and maintaining operational compliance in a boutique or flagship store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.
