Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Miami, FL to manage sales, coach teams and oversee inventory and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director/Manager in day‑to‑day management of the boutique and the sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Drive sales performance and conversion by coaching the team, assigning and monitoring sales goals, and analysing daily results.
- Develop and maintain clientele through proactive clienteling, capture rate optimisation and after‑sales follow up.
- Oversee merchandise presentation and visual displays; apply merchandising concepts and execute store presentations independently.
- Manage stock and product flow: prepare transfers, handle damages and returns to vendor, and participate in inventories to minimise stock losses.
- Open and close the boutique and ensure adherence to store opening/closing protocols and security procedures.
- Train, coach and develop sales associates in selling techniques, product knowledge and service standards; conduct regular store meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including cash and property safeguarding, record‑keeping and personnel practices.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that affect the department’s service, efficiency and productivity; perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury or premium retail, including supervisory or assistant management responsibilities.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client databases.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills; ability to coach, motivate and schedule a retail team.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention practices.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury or premium retail with prior supervisory or assistant management duties, including responsibility for sales targets, team coaching and inventory control.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
