Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Mexico City (Santa Fe) to support boutique operations and drive luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day leadership of the sales team to maximise boutique sales and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional client service and proactively develop lasting client relationships and acquisition strategies.
- Train, schedule, motivate and supervise sales staff; lead by example on the sales floor.
- Manage merchandising activities, visual presentation and promotional events in coordination with regional directives.
- Oversee inventory processes, pricing integrity and loss‑prevention measures; complete stock counts and reconciliations.
- Resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with internal policies and guarantee secure opening/closing of the boutique.
- Maintain prolonged on‑floor presence as required to coach the team and sustain service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably with at least one year in a supervisory or management role within a luxury goods environment.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrable commercial initiative, creativity and strong fashion sensibility aligned with the brand.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline sales teams.
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to open and close the store as required.

Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification or professional training in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
