Role & Responsibilities

• Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring Sales Associates’ sales goals.
• Develop the clientele.
• Participate in preparing merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines with independent judgment and discretion.
• Train, coach, develop, and lead Sales Associates in selling skills.
• Conduct or participate in regular store meetings on performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and other information for management staff and associates.
• Facilitate communication between management and associates.
• Participate in coordinating sales promotions, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests, and ensure appropriate use of in-store signage for sales and promotions.
• Train the team to optimize Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
• Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns to vendor.
• Coordinate and participate in department inventories.
• Monitor merchandise pricing and minimize stock losses.
• Improve sales, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and complete inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve maximum results.
• Oversee associates’ compliance with Company policies and standards covering safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, merchandise handling, security, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
• Help resolve issues affecting departmental service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
