Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management of boutique operations, including opening and closing the store and ensuring adherence to company policies and security procedures.
• Drive commercial performance by maximizing sales, conversion and average transaction values; monitor and report sales metrics daily.
• Coach, train and develop sales associates in selling skills, product knowledge, clienteling and merchandising standards; assign and monitor individual sales goals.
• Develop and maintain the boutique’s client database through proactive client acquisition, after‑sale follow-up and capture-rate optimisation.
• Plan and execute merchandise presentations and visual displays in line with brand guidelines; oversee pricing and presentation integrity.
• Manage stock activities including transfers, damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV) and routine inventories to minimise stock losses.
• Coordinate and participate in sales promotions, trunk shows and in-store events; ensure effective use of in-store signage and promotional material.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, record-keeping, loss-prevention and personnel practices; resolve operational issues that affect service and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proficiency in English (spoken); additional language skills advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrable fashion sensitivity, commercial creativity and strong knowledge of the luxury industry consistent with the brand’s positioning.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to open/close the boutique as required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and follow-through skills, with capacity to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management or business preferred.
