Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Las Vegas to manage retail operations and lead sales team performance with luxury brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Increase sales and monitor conversion rates daily, ensuring alignment with Christian Dior performance benchmarks
- Train, coach, develop, and inspire sales associates in selling techniques and product knowledge
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals for the sales team
- Manage clientele development strategies and facilitate customer relationship management
- Participate in merchandise displays, seasonal promotions, trunk shows, and in-store marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and participate in department inventories, managing stock transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor
- Monitor proper product pricing and minimize stock losses through vigilant inventory control
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate performance metrics, sales training, product knowledge, and brand standards
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring compliance with all security procedures
- Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures regarding personnel practices, merchandise handling, and record-keeping
- Facilitate clear communication between management and floor associates
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in a management role
- Demonstrated experience in a luxury product retail setting
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity aligned with premium brand positioning
- Proven ability to develop and train retail associates and build cohesive team relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to convey instructions clearly and listen attentively
- Demonstrated initiative, commercial creativity, and fashion acumen
- Ability to manage multifaceted schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Availability to support store opening and closing operations

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with preference for at least 1 year of supervisory or management responsibility in a luxury goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business, retail management, or fashion merchandising preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
