Role & Responsibilities

• Increase sales and monitor performance metrics, including conversion rates and daily sales targets
• Provide and inspire exceptional customer service aligned with Christian Dior expectations
• Assign and monitor sales goals for sales associates; facilitate clientele relationship development
• Train, coach, develop, and mentor sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge
• Conduct regular store meetings to communicate performance data, sales training, merchandise strategies, and operational information
• Manage merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment in applying brand merchandising concepts and guidelines
• Coordinate sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, trunk shows, and in-store advertising
• Gather and coordinate merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV) activities
• Conduct and participate in inventory management and reconciliation
• Monitor pricing accuracy and minimize stock losses
• Open and close the boutique; oversee store security procedures and lock-down protocols
• Ensure associates comply with established company policies, procedures, and security standards
• Resolve operational challenges affecting service quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Facilitate communication between management and store staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management or boutique operations experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service excellence in a luxury retail environment
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising systems
• Understanding of retail operations, security procedures, and compliance standards

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or designer boutique environments. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, develop loyal clientele, and implement operational best practices.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
