Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control boutique sales performance in subordination to the Boutique Manager, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a luxury store ambience both internally and externally according to Dior standards, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and brand presentation
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing and reinforcing Dior's brand image through personal conduct and professional excellence
  • Ensure precise display of merchandise following Visual Merchandising guidelines to enhance collection prestige
  • Participate in high-value sales interactions and VIP customer engagements as support to the Boutique Manager

Qualifications
