Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control boutique sales performance, ensuring store presentation aligns with Dior standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the store's luxury ambiance and representing the brand image.
- Participate in high-value sales and interactions with VIP customers, supporting the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure execution of Dior’s sales policy and drive performance across all categories.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, enhancing loyalty and clienteling efforts.
- Organize and support client events, including in-store events and trunk shows.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensuring alignment with Dior’s standards.
- Monitor and manage store operations, including inventory organization and adherence to company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the team and headquarters, providing feedback and updates on store performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the LVMH group
- Proven ability in managing a team and store operations
