Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control boutique sales performance in subordination to the Boutique Manager
  • Maintain ultimate luxury store ambience and brand image according to Dior standards, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure proper merchandise display and visual merchandising alignment with collection prestige guidelines
  • Participate in high-value sales interactions with key VIP customers and direct clients to sales representatives
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and coach team members on a daily basis
  • Manage challenging customer situations and provide solutions in line with company standards and procedures
  • Ensure execution of Dior's sales policy and procedures
  • Welcome customers in a warm and elegant manner, ensuring quality communications across all channels
  • Develop special relationships of trust with clients to drive brand recognition and loyalty
  • Support the Boutique Manager in maintaining a dense network of client relationships and recruiting new customers
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of established customers and anticipate their preferences

  • Participate in recruitment of team members and organize their integration and training

  • Define and monitor task distribution within the team
  • Implement and monitor work schedules to optimize resource allocation and store traffic management
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in defining objectives, priorities, and KPIs aligned with action plans
  • Ensure regular performance evaluations with focus on action plan delivery
  • Hold daily briefings to convey energy and focus teams on objectives and targets
  • Organize regular sales representative coaching sessions and observe teams in the field
  • Identify training needs and enroll team members in appropriate training modules
  • Monitor knowledge acquisition, technique development, and behavioral changes
  • Support team members' development and provide constructive feedback to the Boutique Manager
  • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of the physical boutique property
  • Guarantee all boutique administrative and financial procedures align with company guidelines
  • Ensure optimal inventory organization and storage conditions; conduct planned cycle counts for high-value items weekly and other products monthly or quarterly
  • Control and manage damaged goods
  • Ensure proper application of cash desk procedures and compliance with legal, fiscal, and customs regulations
  • Consolidate and analyze boutique reports and provide timely feedback to the Boutique Manager
  • Analyze and communicate POS data and competitor information
  • Keep the team informed of the latest directions and focus from the Boutique Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience as Assistant Boutique Manager or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Distinctive service orientation and customer sense
  • Good business acumen and fashion sense
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
