- Assist in managing challenging customer situations, ensuring solutions align with company standards.
- Support customer reception and loyalty initiatives, developing trust and recognition with clients.
- Organize client invitations to key events and trunk shows.
- Participate in recruitment, integration, and training of new team members.
- Ensure team presentation and behavior adhere to Dior standards.
- Define and monitor team tasks, schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Ensure store operations align with brand standards, including inventory management and cash procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the Boutique Manager and headquarters, analyzing reports and competitor information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Distinctive service orientation and customer focus.
- Good business acumen and fashion sense.
