Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Director with daily management of the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets; monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
  • Coach, train and develop Sales Associates in selling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling to grow personal client databases and repeat business.
  • Drive clientele development and capture new clients through proactive outreach, after‑sale follow up and in‑store promotions.
  • Manage stock and product flow: prepare transfers, process damages and returns-to-vendor (RTVs), participate in inventory cycles and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Support visual merchandising and merchandising presentations, applying brand guidelines with discretion and independent judgment.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, secure the boutique and ensure compliance with all security and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Assign and monitor sales goals and schedules; facilitate clear communication between management and associates and conduct regular store meetings.
  • Resolve operational issues that affect service, efficiency or productivity and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated results in sales and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to manage performance to meet commercial objectives.
  • Strong clienteling skills with a record of developing and maintaining high‑value client relationships.
  • Knowledge of inventory controls, merchandising principles, loss‑prevention and boutique operations (opening/closing).
