Dior seeks experienced Architecture & Deployment Project Manager for Paris-based team managing luxury retail expansion across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and manage all phases of regional store deployment projects from briefing to opening, including roadmap planning and retail analysis in support of design teams
  • Translate validated design concepts to ensure integration within existing environments while accommodating project-specific constraints
  • Develop detailed design specifications including plans, elevations, and technical documentation for supplier consultation and project execution
  • Validate technical drawings and specifications prepared by interior designers, joiners, and construction firms
  • Supervise store construction and furniture installation in collaboration with local teams and external suppliers
  • Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets at every phase
  • Enforce brand design guidelines and standards across all regional deployments and drive continuous improvement
  • Train and support regional teams and suppliers to ensure consistent understanding and application of brand design standards and their evolution
  • Adapt and enhance design guidelines to address specific local market needs and constraints
  • Cultivate and expand existing supplier relationships whilst identifying and engaging new vendors
  • Mentor interior designers on brand specifications, standards, and requirements with comprehensive support and clarity
  • Conduct quality assurance audits across all retail furniture and store environments
  • Provide advisory and logistical support on B2C projects where required

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in a similar project management role within luxury or retail sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies with a proven track record of delivery
  • Expert-level competency with design and technical software, particularly AutoCAD
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
