Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Apprentice Planning Assistant — Haute Couture to support collection tracking and customer order production (apprenticeship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of collection and order data through precise codification, nomenclature entry and continuous data verification.
- Support the Haute Couture Planning Manager in end‑to‑end follow‑up of client orders — from launch through production to stock entry.
- Update and manage the production tracking tool to reflect current statuses and lead times; produce and issue production/order documentation as required.
- Coordinate with in‑house couture ateliers to ensure component lists, timelines and technical files are aligned for each model.
- Autonomously manage composition labels and oversee pattern issuance and archiving processes.
- Contribute to the organisation and daily functioning of the planning team, facilitating communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a vocational or higher education program relevant to fashion, supply‑chain, production or industrial management (apprenticeship contract).
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise, anticipate and manage multiple tasks.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a high standard for data reliability.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with ateliers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity, adaptability and receptiveness to feedback.
