Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Baby Dior collections within the children's cutting/sewing atelier under the direction of the first atelier head.
  • Perform flat cutting of prototypes and prepare components for assembly.
  • Coordinate and follow up on garment assembly with the team of machinists and production technicians.
  • Execute post‑fitting alterations and adjustments to ensure conformity with the model and quality standards.
  • Maintain meticulous workstation organisation and participate in quality control throughout the production process.

Qualifications

  • Vocational training or current enrolment in a couture school, patternmaking/modélisme, patronage, tailoring or equivalent ready‑to‑wear programme.
  • Strong technical interest in garment construction and willingness to learn industrial production methods.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, curiosity and an open mindset.
  • Passion for craftwork and the aptitude to tackle technical challenges.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory.

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for recent graduates or students in an apprenticeship programme; no previous professional experience required beyond vocational training.

Education

Diploma or ongoing studies in couture, patternmaking (modélisme), patronage or tailoring (PAP) from a recognised fashion/technical school.
