Role & Responsibilities
- Support and partner with client advisors to confidently sell and promote fragrances and cosmetics as part of the full Dior experience
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and client recruitment and conversion for fragrance and cosmetics products
- Develop and actively grow the fragrance and cosmetics client base within the Dior boutique and tandem sell with the team to ensure fragrance and cosmetics products are presented consistently during the selling ceremony
- Partner with the LCP Americas team on fragrance, spa events, exceptional sales, and VIP client experiences to recruit and elevate client engagement
- Support trainings, master classes, consultations, and implementation of all educational materials in partnership with the LCP Americas team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fragrance retail experience
- Previous Dior fragrance or La Collection Privée product knowledge expertise
- Strong selling skills and customer service capabilities
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Minimum 3 years of luxury fragrance retail experience, ideally with prior knowledge of Dior fragrances or La Collection Privée product lines.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, hospitality, or business preferred.
