Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for boutiques on after‑sales (SAV) files, ensuring clear guidance through each step of the repair and return process.
- Receive and dispatch articles between boutiques and workshops; log and track incoming/outgoing items.
- Analyse boutique requests and perform supplementary inspections of articles to determine repairability and required interventions.
- Liaise with technical workshops to obtain expert repair assessments and to coordinate intervention scheduling.
- Prepare and issue quotations, order spare parts, and produce intervention sheets for workshops.
- Monitor case progress: follow up on quote approvals, parts receipt, repair execution and return shipment of repaired items.
- Communicate timely status updates to boutiques and the Customer Service team; contribute to improved CARE data quality and case-cycle times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a specialised programme in management, logistics or a technical discipline and eligible for a 2‑year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable interest or sensitivity for leather goods and footwear.
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Proficient with MS Office suite; familiarity with CARE or similar CRM/case‑management systems is an advantage.
- Service‑oriented, organised, diplomatic and rigorous; proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
