Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an Advertising Campaign Production Assistant. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in the luxury fashion industry, coordinating advertising campaigns for a renowned brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Image Campaign Project Managers to support the preparation, execution, and finalization of advertising and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Manage logistics for styling, including preparation of styling documents for shoots and coordination with marketing and press departments.
- Oversee the creation of purchase orders and contracts, ensuring timely billing and payment of service providers.
- Develop boards for looks, concepts, and shot lists, and manage the logistics of collections from pre-production to post-shoot.
- Coordinate retouching processes between business units and retouchers, and ensure the upload of images/videos to the company's servers.
- Prepare and consolidate documents for top management, including concept, location, casting, and talent details.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the service, including ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Communication or Business School.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.
