Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze existing administrative processes to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
- Design and contribute to the implementation of solutions that automate extraction and distribution of operational data for internal teams.
- Optimize internal request-management tools to streamline routing and processing toward the appropriate stakeholders.
- Propose improvements to the structuring and tracking of information within current tools to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Participate in the deployment of digitalised validation workflows to accelerate internal approvals and reduce manual steps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives linked to the digitalisation and efficiency of administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 / Bac+3 programme in computer science, information systems, software development or a closely related discipline.
- Availability for a 3–4 month full‑time internship in Orléans.
- Demonstrated interest in digital tools, information systems and process automation.
- Analytical rigour, organisational discipline and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to engage with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Autonomy, curiosity and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for students with limited or no prior professional experience; previous exposure to digitalisation projects or academic coursework in information systems is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled student (Bac+2 or Bac+3) in computer science, information systems, software development or equivalent.
